HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Pine Water Authority and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
