HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Clearpath Juniper Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Wichita, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
