HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Ironwood Orchard Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Fresno focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
