HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Cedar Loom Insurance is an insurance company in Fresno with claims and service teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
