HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Nova Bridge Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Des Moines region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 759 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
