HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Nova Drift Health Group provides primary and specialty care in El Paso, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
