HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Redstone Ridge Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Wichita area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
