HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Highbridge Junction Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 981 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
