HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Cedar Rowan Farms Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 556 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
