HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bright Summit Medical is a Birmingham company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
