HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Clearpath Quill Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Knoxville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 399 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
