HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Foxglove Quill Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Columbus. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
