HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Foxglove Field Press Group produces print and digital publications in El Paso. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on bindery work. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
