HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Lumen Rowan Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Miami area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
