HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Lumen Nest Housing Partners provides affordable homes and support services around Atlanta, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
