HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Fernwood Bridge Freight Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
