HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Nova Rook Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
