HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Amberfield Meadow Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Milwaukee, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
