HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Fernwood Quill Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Albuquerque region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 214 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
