HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Fernwood Meadow Community Partners runs community programmes across Reno, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
