HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Clearpath Iron Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Miami, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
