HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Haven Property Management and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
