HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Rivermark Thistle Insurance is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 273 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
