HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bright River Financial serves customers across Sacramento with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 890 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
