HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Redstone Amber Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Atlanta, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
