HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Greenridge Maple Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Columbus, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
