HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Fern Arts Center Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
