HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Summit Forge Freight Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loads and lanes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
