HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Westbrook Hollow Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
