HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Foxglove Vista Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 361 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
