HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Vale Manufacturing Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 891 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
