HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Greenridge Mill Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
