HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Redstone Hollow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Little Rock, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
