HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Birch Farms and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
