HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Redstone Vale Community Partners is a Jacksonville charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
