HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Summit Sable Community Partners is a Anchorage charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
