HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Summit Bridge Transit Planning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
