HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Northwind Meadow Housing manages affordable housing communities across Portland. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent assistance. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
