HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Highbridge Iron Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Austin, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
