HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Silverline Lakeside Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Buffalo, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
