HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Fernwood Basin Foods Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
