HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Redstone Forge Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Miami. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
