HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bright Beacon Staffing Partners is a Madison staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
