HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Cedar Iron Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on repair requests. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
