HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Cedar Ashton Facilities is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
