HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Juniper Health Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
