HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Foxglove Field Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Boston and nearby communities, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
