HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Drift Facilities Associates and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
