HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Silverline Pike Property Management manages apartment communities around Atlanta, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
