HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Redstone Clear Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Virginia Beach area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
